I'll admit, I was a bit nervous about the needles, but Callum explained everything beforehand and made sure I was comfortable. “I came to Callum last week for my first sports therapy treatment, as a personal trainer who trains 5 x a week, lives a really healthy active style, sometimes I suffer with a build up of fatigue or muscle soreness. I originally didn’t know what treatment to book in for, after a detailed consult with Callum, he pointed me in the right direction of some soft tissue release and cupping on my upper back and shoulders. Callum made me feel really welcome and comfortable during my appointment and managed to get the tension and stiffness from my upper back and shoulders after. After my appointment I had the best nights sleep ever and the tension in my upper back has really been eased off! “I had my first ever session with Callum today and it was fantastic!

As a very active individual always on my feet, I asked to focus on my mid/lower back area in order to help my recovery and he was brilliant! He applied a good amount of pressure to my muscles, helped to loosen off any knots I had in my back to the point I could feel the release, he spent a lot of time on each area of my back going over and over to make sure he had gotten deep into each muscle and loosening it up! I already feel better and I will be returning again for him to focus on different areas of my body!
